1. No Refund Policy

Since Study Bharat provides digital course bundles and intellectual property with immediate access upon purchase, we generally maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once a bundle is purchased, you gain immediate access to proprietary knowledge, making the transaction final.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate accidental transactions (e.g., you were charged twice for the same bundle).
  • Technical issues on our end that entirely prevent you from accessing your purchased content, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 working days.

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional circumstances listed above, please contact our support team at support@studybharat.com within 3 days of the transaction. You must include:

  • Your registered email address and phone number.
  • Proof of purchase or transaction ID.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue.

4. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
